Maria Eriksson hosts this tour by escorting us to Grandmas, Grasshopper, Goldfish and Blu bar on 36 atop of the Shangri-La hotel. She discovers drinks that are flambéed, contain rye berries, served in unconventional glasses, as well as made with dry ice.
