Sydney is home to venues that are world famous for their cocktails, as well as bars that are only know to locals. They serve up both modern twists to classic drinks, and new concoctions for the cocktail connoisseur. Maria Eriksson hosts this tour by escorting us to Grandmas, Grasshopper, Goldfish and Blu bar on 36 atop of the Shangri-La hotel. She discovers drinks that are flambéed, contain rye berries, served in unconventional glasses, as well as made with dry ice.
