We begin our two part tour over Niagara Falls to the vineyards of Niagara on the Lake, then it’s off to the beautiful beaches of Honolulu Hawaii. Kate Moore starts this episode at Inniskillin winery, with the founder of ice wine in Canada, Donald Ziraldo. We learn how ice wine is made, tour the winery, and then sample some cool cocktails at the Niagara ice wine festival. Andria Lea hosts the second part of our tour, sampling drinks from the oldest hotel on Waikiki beach, the Royal Hawaiian, and one of Hawaii’s original tiki bars at La Marianna sailing club. Other stops include Roy’s cocktail bar, and Bambu Two in Honolulu’s trendy arts district.
