Cloe and Stefanie begin the show at the oldest bar in Barcelona, Boades Cocktails, where they learn the technique of ‘throwing the drink’ brought to the region in 1933 by its founders. Then it’s off to meet Paco at Slow Barcelona, an award winning bartender, serving drinks with ingredients as chai tea and smoked whiskey. Next is Dry Martini, a bar named after the drink, which has sold over one million of these cocktails since its inception. Afterwards, Cloe and Stefanie get a hands on lesson on making one of the most expensive drinks in the world, the Celebrity Cocktail, made with powdered gold. They complete the tour at Milano Cocktail bar, for more drink throwing, and a couple of their house specialties.
