Caroline Gade takes us on an island hopping tour to discover some of the drinks made in Fiji. Her first stop is at the Plantation Island Resort to sample the Fiji Summer cocktail, made and served with a freshly picked coconut. Next is the small and intimate party place called Beachcomber Island Resort. Here Caroline samples the Traffic Light cocktail and meets with a few tourists to exchange a joke for a drink. Returning back to Port Denarau, Caroline visits Lulu’s, for their Fiji Summer cocktail and Cardo’s Steak house for their popular dessert drink. Part two of the episode is in Istanbul Turkey and features the House Hotel, overlooking the Bosporus Sea, They serve us a Mint Lemonade cocktail and their Gooseberry martini. The final stop of the tour, offers panoramic views overlooking the city and appropriately named 360 Istanbul. Here, Jose discovers some rebellious cocktails made from their local Raki liqueur and Satsuma vodka.
