Kristin, Margret, and Kristin kick off the tour at the Blue Lagoon, Iceland’s famous outdoor geothermal spa. They sample their signature cocktails The Blue Lagoon and Into The Blue, at Lava, a restaurant carved into volcanic rock. The Harpa, Reykjavik’s concert hall and architectural masterpiece, is their next stop. They sample the Lip Gloss martini and Sour Apple Smash, two favorites enjoyed by its visitors. Who would think a fish market would have great cocktails? Fismarkaourinn, is just that. A fish market restaurant that boasts some of Reykjavik’s most original cocktails, whis is the third stop of the tour. Last call is at Thorvadlsen, Iceland’s late night hot spot. Their house specialty features Brennivin, or black death as the locals call it, Iceland’s signature distilled liquor. They also serve Margret and Kristin Topas and Opal, candy flavored shooters, which are popular amongst the locals.
